RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, protective elements and hygiene seals intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Bodysuits or garments worn directly against intimate areas
Intimate toys or personal-use products once opened or unsealed
Items with removed or broken hygiene seals
Worn or used leather, latex, harnesses, garters, collars or fetish accessories

Final Sale items, where permitted by law
Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, makeup, deodorant, perfume, tobacco, body odor or other marks

Please try lingerie on over your own underwear and do not remove tags or hygiene protection until you are certain you wish to keep it.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us promptly with your order details and photos so our team can make it right.

For voluntary returns and exchanges, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
